HOW TO BOOK

Please telephone, fax or email your booking and we will reserve it for 2 days or until we receive your 50% deposit. The deposit can be paid by cheque (payable to D. Grafton) or by credit card over the phone. We also accept PayPal payments.
 

The balance of the full payment should be sent to us to arrive one month before your arrival. If you cancel we do not refund your deposit unless we can re-let your cottage - we assume that your holiday/travel insurance will refund you if we can't.

Similarly, if after sending us the final payment you are unable to come we will try to re-let the cottage and will give you a refund if we are successful, but otherwise we assume you will claim the full amount from your travel insurance.

Holiday insurance
We advise you to obtain cover if you don't have an annual policy, because we do not refund deposits or advance payments - we assume that if you cancel you will be claiming from your insurance policy.

Dogs
We welcome dogs, especially well-behaved ones. There is a one-off charge of £10 per dog. We do ask that they be kept on a lead or under adult supervision in the farmyard. We have free-range chickens and ducks, sheep in the fields and guinea pigs and rabbits in hutches, all of which can prove irresistible for dogs not used to such temptations.
This request is also for the assurance of fellow guests who may have small children who aren't comfortable with dogs. We also ask that dogs not be left unattended in cottages. There are a number of good dog walks from the farm.

Baby-sitting:
We can usually arrange a baby-sitter when one is required.

Cots, High Chairs and Stairgates:
All are available free of charge. Please bring your own cot linen as we only provide the mattress
